The Packer Collegiate Institute – analysis of all building systems, replace 60 year old steam boiler plant with large capacity duel fuel boilers, designed 15 station darkroom utilizing fume exhaust controls within a light tight environment. |

Mercy College Communication, Disorders Department – renovation of a 3500 square foot speech and language department. Systems installed included sound booths and sophisticated CCTV/audio system for therapy monitoring. |
| Nyack College – the renovation of 10,000 square feet of classrooms on three floors at 361 Broadway in NYC. The scope of work included complete air conditioning systems, expansion of the toilets, server room cooling and a fire alarm system. |

| Rudolf Steiner School – a renovation to the Upper and Lower School buildings, located at 15 East 78th and 15 East 79th Streets in Manhattan. |

Teacher’s College Columbia University – renovation of the central building and library, consisting of 60,000 sf containing class rooms, dining rooms, research areas, book storage and reading areas. The installations included new self-contained air conditioning units, modification of the steam heating system to suit the new lay out. |

| Tobe – Coburn Woods Academy – renovation of the mechanical systems for a 15,000 square foot midtown facility. |

| Solomon Schechter Lower School – the complete renovation of a 6500 square foot pre-Kindergarten through 5th grade school at 15 West 86th Street.

| For the Glick Foundation (a charitable organization funded by various financial houses) the activities building for the Renaissance Center in up state New York, consisting of cafeteria, gymnasium and game rooms, laundry and kitchen. The fees for this project were vastly reduced for charitable reasons. |
