9 East 64th Street – a luxury townhouse in the Upper East Side Historical District incorporating ground source heat pumps as the climate control system. This allowed the elimination of the roof top equipment, which would not have been permitted by the Historical District.

For Glaser Inc. a 90 apartment renovation of the Christadora House on Thompkins Square Park, a 17 story community center built in 1935, retaining the health related community facilities such as pool and gymnasium.

Renovations of 5 to 10 story existing but abandoned housing stock for the Federal Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), in order to furnish affordable low income housing while maintaining intact the existing urban scale. In total the projects brought approximately 800 apartment units back onto the market.
