139 Bay Street

Staten Island, NY

139 Bay Street is an existing building that was once rectangular, but was cut into a triangular shape when Bay Street was raised by 25 feet. This proposed project is to be a hybrid conventional – modular  scheme. The three sub-grade levels and the first floor will be conventional construction which will form a plinth, upon which modules will be placed  for  the residential floors 2-6.
