1 Penn Center at Suburban Station

This 780,000 square foot, 20 story building sits atop the Philadelphia Suburban Train Station. As part of ongoing capital improvements the closed circuit fluid coolers were replaced, a ventilation air duct system was installed in order to meet modern ventilation standards, retail spaces were renovated and a full Building Management System was installed to control over 800 water source heat pump units.
