Renovation of a three level 15,000 square foot restaurant space within a hotel at the same address. Work included design the HVAC system to fit into and inverted circus tent ceiling. Ventilation was accomplished using Dedicated Outdoor Air Systems (DOAS) and Demand Control Ventilation (DCV).
