1619 Broadway, the Brill Building

New York City

The modernization and complete infrastructure upgrade to the storied Brill Building, built for George Gershwin in 1930 and housing many well now music tenants over the years.

Work on this 12 story 125,000 square foot building included the design of new condenser water system with cooling towers and boiler heat injection, all new electrical distribution including for extensive LED signage, plumbing systems and common toilets on all floors, new combined fire sprinkler and fire standpipe system and a complete fire alarm.
